If I could give you a single piece of advice when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, it would be this:

Getting healthy is a journey.

Know that no one is perfect. Everyone has their off days. And there is no one-size-fits-all way of eating or living.

Instead, it’s trial and error. It’s more about your reason for wanting to be healthy than anything else. If you have something deep inside of you that really wants to be as healthy as you can be, and you remind yourself daily of it, you’ll stay on your journey without giving up or giving in.

  • Maybe you want to lose weight to feel better in your clothes;
  • Or eat clean and healthy to be a role model for your kids;
  • You might want to inspire and help others to begin taking care of their bodies;
  • Maybe you just want to sleep better and have more energy;

Whatever your reason is, that’s the secret to your success.
