If you haven’t finalized your Thanksgiving menu, you might consider this light and tasty Ginger Pineapple for dessert.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes Serves 2
Ingredients:
– 1/2 medium pineapple
– 1 teaspoon of finely minced fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Cut pineapple into 1-inch chunks.
2. Combine pineapple and minced ginger in a bowl and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
