10 Minute On-The-Go Full Body Workout (Video)

For some reason, I can always find an excuse not to work out.  The gym is too far away, the gym is too expensive, it’s too cold outside, I don’t have enough time, I don’t have any equipment, etc…etc…etc.  Well not any more!  
I have created a 10 minute FULL BODY workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home without any equipment except your body.  This all inclusive workout includes cardio and toning exercises using interval training.  Even though it is just 10 minutes, you will definitely feel the burn and even break a sweat.  
 
So before you go out to a fancy Valentine’s Day dinner and eat a lot of chocolate, get a workout in with Nicole!  It’ll only take 10 minutes!
